This was one of the best stays I've had in a hotel in a while. The staff were kind, helpful, anticipatory of needs, and quick to accommodate. They text us almost immediately after we got into our room to make sure everything was okay. I mentioned to the staff that there was a strong perfume smell in the room and they promptly offered a new room option even allowing us to see it beforehand. The room was quiet and right next to Chinatown. Nothing fancy, but simple, clean, quiet and absolutely wonderful employees. Will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Hotel wonderful staff beautiful accommodations only downside is Novelle so you got to park about a block away and walk to the hotel other than that I can say that this place was absolutely phenomenal and it would gladly stay there again even with the walk to the parking garage

Location is amazing. Sitting right next to the Dragon Gate Chinatown. Financial district and Union square are all walking distances. Restaurants are just steps away. Staffs are helpful. Overall stay is great.

This hotel was perfect for my visit to San Francisco. The location was excellent and easy to get to from the airport on public transport. There were loads of eateries within walking distance and so close to Union Square. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautifully clean and my room perfect. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

The location is very convenient if you plan to primarily use public transit. It is only less than 10 minutes walk to the nearest BART, and the China town is just right around the corner. Also it sits just at the outskirt of the Union Square away from the now imfamous Tenderloin area, i felt quite safe walking back to the hotel ffrom BART in the middle of the night. Not that I'd recommend doing that, but in case, the location feels safe. i also ment Steven, Sandy and Art while i wss there. Super nice staff , very helpful and willing to provide local knowledge when asked. Great hospitality they provided. i had a two double bed room. Its clean and quite roomy. On par to what you would expect from hotel at this class. Will definitely consider Orchard Garden Hotel again forbmy next visit.

Perfect hotel for a short stay in San Francisco if you are travelling for business or with your couple. Although there are some areas to improve, such as amenities and customer service, the hotel is clean and comfortable.

This hotel was perfect for our stay for the San Francisco Marathon. Perfect distance from pretty much anywhere we wanted to go and we were able to walk to get food many different places. Staff was so helpful and kind with every interaction we had with them. Would totally stay again :)
