Nice view but needs TLC
Spacious two bedroom unit with large balcony and excellent ocean views. Close to restaurants and shopping. Unit is somewhat dated and was not very clean. Floors did not appear to have been mopped and den rug is nasty. Bedding was also subpar. Unit could be nice with some TLC.

Great location
Location was great! Away from the crazy crowds. Property and Beach were beautiful. Only complaint, was our freezer and refrigerator were not working. We were brought a mini fridge the day after we checked in. There was not enough room for our food and drinks. We had to buy ice keep things in ice chests. It was fixed two days after we moved in, but couldn’t use until the third day. We were only compensated $100. Really felt like it should have been about $100 a day compensation.

Great Location!
The location was great and convenient to a lot of areas. The unit itself had renovation construction going on in the next unit over. It was noisy. The place could use some new paint, a good cleaning, and new floors to replace the carpet. They didn't tell us that their was only parking for one vehicle allowed in advance. But, we enjoyed the location a lot. The porch was big and had great views. The place was spacious

The unit was terrific, however there was major construction going on above the unit and this was known in advance. This should have been communicated and we would have chosen a different location. It was so loud, I had leave the unit to have meetings/calls for 3 days. Eventually, the management company (Vacasa) offered to move us for the final 2 days. There should have been recognition of the issue sooner and resolutions presented from the beginning.

Beautiful condo, super clean in side, great view, very large, great beach.
Condo was great. Parking was super tight. Management company needs to figure out trash overflow problem. The dumpster folks will not pick up trash and they just run it over. Were there 5 days and not one day without looking at trash. The entire building could use a good pressure washing and to be cleaned. The beach chair service is not that good but not the fault of the condo at all. They had broken chairs , forgot to set ours up one day and lacked any attention after they set up in the morning. Would just recommend using your own and getting out early. Had one issue with guest shower and was resolved in 2 days, excellent communication from Vacasa team. Overall all the condo was great and we enjoyed our time there.

304 Commodores is a lovely, comfortable condo. There are glass windows and doors all across the front leading to the large balcony. The view of the beach and some of Eastern Lake is beautiful and can be seen from most of the condo. The decor and cleanliness of the condo are exceptional. However we were expecting to be able to use an elevator since one of our party is elderly and another one is disabled. The two elevators were not working and I wonder if they ever work. We were on the third floor with 48 steps. Luckily my daughter was with us and we went out less than we would have had here been an elevator. She handled getting our luggage up and down the stairs otherwise we could not have stayed there.

Garbage dumpster was overflowing and stunk in the front parking lot. One parking space for 2 cars required one to be parked 1/2 mile away. The inside condo was wonderful! Location and beach was great.

Amazing views. Easy walk down to the beach via elevator and ramp. Property had everything we needed. Plentiful plate ware, silverware, blender, etc. This will be our new 30A beach spot!
