Everybody!!! Be careful of this cheating place!!! I booked a non-refundable room through expedia for Aug 18. I called on Aug 14 to the hotel to ask them whether this could be changed to Aug 19 as it's non-refundable on expedia. The receiption confirmed that if I'm willing to pay the difference of $10 then they will changed for me. They sent me the email confirmation with the room change. But when I came on Aug 19, the receiption said Expedia didn't pay for 19th and refused to check me in. When I asked whether Expedia paid for Aug 18, they refused to check. I asked to talk to the manager. The manager answered the phone from receiption and told the receiption to go to back side to talk on the phone but refused to talk me. Expedia later refund me full amount but just want everybody know how worse their manager act.

Time for an update! The microwave I. Our room was so old and corroded that it was actually shooting sparks. The TV only got snowy reception. The breakfast had 2 working waffle irons but they were out of batter. Choices were cereal some fruit a little yogurt and white bread and a two slice toaster for many lined up waiting. Eventually the front desk guy brought out some frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches and again everyone had to wait their turn. I would have brought mine to my room but as mentioned the microwave was a fire hazard. The front desk guy was responsive when I mentioned the microwave and TV, but it’s hard to believe that no one has complained before?

Affordable and convenient hotel. The staff was nice and welcoming. A few things look damaged and or worn, but nothing major. Our bed was very comfortable. It was one of the quietest hotels we've been to.

The property was clean but definitely has seen better days. My room was exceptionally small, only a twin bed. Front desk staff was a little aloof. Any conversation with a smile had to be my initiative. Breakfast was terrible, everything pre-packaged and limited and the price was much to high for a mediocre hotel. If there was a rating between POOR and AVERAGE, it would get my pick.

The manager here is a hard working, polite and reasonable person. I had a great stay. My room was always cleaned well and it was quiet almost all the time. All that for a great price.
