It was a good place to stay and not too far in the mountains but just far enough. We got to see a bear across the street. Really enjoyed the stay and time to spend with family.

Place needs some attention and TLC
Biggest plus was air conditioner worked great. When we walked in there was a funky smell-had to travel 15 minutes to Dollar General to get plug ins. Cabin is really off the beaten track so it’s quiet. We packed light knowing there was a washer/dryer. Washer leaked 2nd day of vacation(Sunday). Owner decided it needed replaced - realty company was to call Monday about possible delivery of new unit. We waited around - no call by 3:30 -called the realty company and lady who takes care of that knew nothing about it. Said she’d be in touch next morning. By noon no follow up from her-so I called them only to find out they didn’t have one. because 2 days before July 4, they wouldn’t be able to get one until the next week. Said we could use their washer at office but didn’t want to stand around all day. Had to go to laundromat 30 minutes away twice that week. They reimbursed us a little money but it was really inconvenient. Air conditioner vents were REALLY dusty. I had to clean them. Chairs in dining room in very bad shape -torn. Dining table sticky, washed it but still sticky and creaked like it was ready to fall apart. Frying pans needs replaced. The step up to the back porch is a little high - stepped off it and landed funny- pulled something in my ankle. Last but not least, there is is a caged area with 2 trash cans but there is no trash pick up. The renter has to haul your trash 15 minutes to realty office and place in dumpsters behind the bldg- very inconvenient.

Cabin great for family vacation!
Nice to have two master suites on first floor, then additional bedrooms on second floor. Hot tub nice, pool table fun family activity. Pool only 2 miles down road was nice to swim at and also fish at the pond. Bear airings two times at house on lawn and at neighbors. House had some minor things to note: Toaster didn’t work, only 2 dish towels and no pot holders. Chairs at table had large rips in wicker backs, and table top needs refinished.

Loved the property and location. Staff were attentive when we needed help. The size was perfect for our family. The biggest drawback was the table. It is sorely in need of refinishing and whatever has been done to it recently makes everything stick to it, napkins especially. When you use something so often that becomes a problem. The top piece of the microwave kept falling off and the 2 dining chairs had big holes in them. Mom suggested more towel racks in the bathrooms as well. Loved the rocking chairs on the deck.

It’s an older cabin but still nice. A few complaints though. The clothes dryer took forever to dry your clothes . There is a pool table but no cue ball so couldn’t play. And the drive way needs a little work. But I would rent it again

Beautiful, Clean, Great Location
Our family and friends stayed for a baseball tournament. It was a great option for the kids to play in the basement and for the parents to hang out on the deck with the beautiful view. Comfy beds and everything was clean. We even saw a bear and her cub in the front (beeped the horn and banged on pots and pans).

Smoky mountain trip
Property was in overall good condition. There were nice amenities with the fishing pond and pool available. The hot tub was a nice addition to our trip. The only real issue was that we had 14 people on the trip, and the pull out sofa was broken, so we ended up a little short on places to sleep. This locations sleeps 12 at best, not the 14 that is advertised. Just FYI, overall still a pretty nice place to spend a few nights while visiting the Smokies.

We had a wonderful time. We did see a couple of bears. The house was well equipped with all we needed and communicated well what they did not provide (they need to add coffee filters to their list). The house worked very well for our family made up of 4 families - lots of kiddos. Our only suggestion is to have the house deep cleaned (dust the fans, floor boards, floor corners). They were especially dirty. Normal cleaning was just fine.

Hot tub was dirty. No extra toilet paper. The jacuzzi bath tub when you turned on the jets a lot of black particles came out and was all in the water . The kitchen cookware could use replacement. Other than that the stay was pleasant and would like to return to this cabin at a later date in the future.

Bachelorette party!
This cabin was very beautiful and in a perfect location. There were no extra trash bags or toilet paper and a very small amount of dishwashing soap. We had no communication with the owner about the check in or checkout process. We arrived and did not have a code to get in. The only way we got in was one of the back doors was unlocked. We had to keep the cabin open when we left because we did not have a code to get back in. We tried calling and no one would answer and a few times could not even get through because we had no cell service. We did have a great time though. More communication would have been nice!

The cabin was in such a great location! Nice distance from pigeon forge and Gatlinburg as well as quaint little general stores and coffee shops just down the road! The cabin was clean and had plenty of space for our large family. There were lots of cooking utensils and a few extra trash bags and toilet paper rolls so bring those for a long stay. We would def return !

Overall good. Some improvements would be SS pots/pans - the teflon coated had many scratches in/thru the coatings. Also, very few spoons to eat with (maybe 4 at most). But almost everything else was sufficient for our cooking/eating needs, just increase the eating silverware so you don't have to run the dishwasher after every meal.

Needs a little TLC but very nice
Very nice cabin, with an excellent location! Needs some better upkeep tho. A lot of dust around the lights and fans. Seemed to have been only quickly cleaned between stays. The yard needed mowed and the bushes needed cut back. We did get to encounter a Bear on our last night stay who came right up to the door. Do recommend putting more lights around the hot tub and maybe adding some more board games to play. Other than that we had an amazing stay, and would choose to stay there again.

Quiet, great location
It was a great getaway for our family, right in the middle of many of the activities we wanted to do. Great layout for multiple families with kids, a main room upstairs for everyone to eat and hang out and another place downstairs where the teenagers could play pool in peace. The hot tub was clean and ready to go which was great! The agency was awesome. We had a major plumbing problem and they had a plumber there in a couple of hours and a solution before we came back from our day trip. The wrap around deck was a great way to sit with family and catch up on life at night, and enjoy the quiet in the morning with coffee. Don't expect cell service but the wifi was top notch so we could make calls once we connected. Easy check in/out and great communication with the rental folks. Would rent here again!

Overall a great property. There were two things that could have improved. One is there should be a trash drop off onsite, or close. It was super inconvenient to have to drive trash around. Especially when staying for more than a few days. Second is the blood that was on the wall when we got there. It was the first thing I noticed. Like the cleaning staff didn’t check their work. Nice, but needs some TLC
Overall, it was a nice cabin. It just needs some love to bring it back in shape. The couches and beds were good. The TV's were good, too, as were the drapes and blinds. Floor were in good shape. The dinner table and benches are a bit raggedy. We had some broken rocking chairs outside and some towel bars ripped from the wall in one of the bathrooms. The hot tub could use a cleaning, for sure, but it was functional. The pool table was in sad shape. Some of the pockets are ripped so the balls fall on the floor after you sink one. The triangle is broken. We did have a broken coffee maker, but the property office sent a replacement that morning, which was appreciated. The Weber grill was solid, so were the porches. The kitchen utensils, pots & pans and other kitchen gear had a lot to be desired, but we've been to enough cabins not to get our hopes up on these items. One critique from me, I hated the light above the dinner table. Poor lighting. Made it tough to play some board games at the table because we couldn't read in that light. Overall, it was a 3 out of 5. Not bad.

My family and I have enjoyed our stay!
This property was great! Very clean, plenty of room and great location. I would definitely recommend this property to others. The only recommendation is a dual heating/air system. It was freezing downstairs and hot upstairs. Also, the bench at the dining table has nails sticking out. Overall, we highly enjoyed staying here!
