Declan's View is a spacious uniquely designed two level log cabin with one bedroom, two and a half bathrooms and a game room, nestled in a log cabin community offering mountain views and swimming pool privileges. This beautifully decorated log cabin is located just minutes from Sevierville and Pigeon Forge outlet malls, restaurants, and attractions, leaving visitors feeling close to all the action yet far enough away to feel secluded! A skylight in the roof and the walls of glass windows allows natural lighting throughout the cabin. Guests will love all the glass windows to enjoy nature! As you enter on the main level, you will find a comfortable living room with a dual reclining sectional sofa, Flat Screen TV mounted above an electric fireplace, DVD Player, ceiling fan, and wood floors. The fully equipped kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and 4 bar stools. There is also a half bath for convenience for guests. The bedroom offers a comfortable King size bed, electric fireplace, Blu Ray DVD Player, bench, bedside Jacuzzi, ceiling fan, and wood flooring along with a private full bath that houses a tiled stand up shower only. We have a great and easy time. Only issue was couldn’t get the hot tub to heat but we called and they sent maintenance down within just a few minutes and fixed the issue and was able to enjoy everything.

bed linens were filthy. small bed had left over food between the sheets. only 2 (hopefully clean) pillow cases available for 3 persons. Had to wash toddler linens just to have a pillow case. We eventually noticed what appeared to be blood stains on the large bed. hot tub was filthy - oily sheen in the water. sand or dirt at the bottom of hot tub.

Cabin was cute..we loved it!!
There were beer bottles left from previous guests at hot tub. The living room rug had large food crumbs. The upstairs bathroom had garbage on the floor behind the garbage can...and the door knob needs fixed. The upstairs didnt seem very clean. But as far as our place it was a very good location and we had a great time....would love to stay there again.

When we first pulled up to the cabin we loved how it looked. When we went inside we fell in love with it! It was beautiful and very spacious . Our two teenagers had plenty of room in the loft upstairs to play pool and watch tv ! My daughter and I enjoyed the hot tub! I also appreciated the washer and dryer . I should’ve brought less clothes bc I was able to wash each night . The mattress in the bedroom was great . We slept all night . I would stay here again !

Dead Rat in the pool
The cabin was nice but could of been much cleaner. The pool table has dead rails. The day we went to take a swim at the pool...through no fault of anyone at the resort...there was a dead rat in the otherwise beautiful pool.

The wife and I enjoyed the cabin for a weekend getaway. It's close enough ro town but has the country feel at night very peaceful and quiet. The new pool at the resort was relaxing and very clean. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away.

Memorable stay.
Amazing cabin. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful decor. I would suggest adding a few condiments and maybe some cleaning supplies for the kitchen. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. Quick note: roads leading to and from the cabin are curvy, winding and hilly. Posed no problem for us.

Cabin was great and had almost everything we needed. There were a few things missing, like pot holders, but there was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and even laundry and washing machine detergent. It was beautifil and we really enjoyed pur stay. Check-in and check-out was very easy. They called to check on us. It was great!!

Lied about the view
The cabin was nice but the owners lied/missled me about the view. It's a nice cabain and in a really great location. Their was a few minor problems but alot of good things about the cabin also. The good The cabin looks very nice and is in a quite community with not much traffic. The cabin does have some nice amenities that we got a lot of use of like the large shower, jetted bathtub and the pool and checkers tables. The cabin did have a very large kitchen with a big fridge and would be perfect if you planned on cooking while their. The cabin is 15 min from pigeon forge and 30 from Gatlinburg and is not a bad drive at all and we found the location to be perfect, away from the crazy downtown but still close to everything. The bad no coffee for the coffee pot, the fireplaces being off during my stay, and the internet and tv went out Evey 15 min and they had no channels for the tv when it did work, also the TVs were not smart so I couldn't even connect my phone to watch Netflix,Hulu,Disney ,Amazon or YouTube. Now I could look past these things as just me nitpicking but my biggest compaint was the view in the pictures are actually from the cabins across the street, The view from this cabin is not cleared so you just see trees and at the base of the trees you see the clubhouse and the dumpster not very appealing we didn't even use the nice deck, apperently no one else did I could tell by all the dust on the deck. Also all the little notes around the house seemed very patronizing (I'm not going to steal your old tv) and like I was being talked to like a child. Also one of the recliners was broken and did not work and the bed was very uncomfortable I suggest the owners get a new one. All in all this is not a bad cabin (exept the bed) and It could be five stars if the price was lower and the listing more forecomming about the view. for what I expect at this price point I was a little disappointed, for $1,400 I feel I should have gotten the view in the pictures and the deck would be cleaned and the bed would be comfortable. So with everything above in mind I give 3 stars and would stay again if the price was lower and they had a new mattress.
