Shibuya hotels & accommodation with spa

Such an amazing experience. I was nervous booking this hotel since it's very new but I was truly impressed by the staff and hospitality. Their mannerisms exceeded all my expectations and will be staying here on my next trip!

Generous supply of toiletries, tea and coffee

I want to preface this review by stating this is the first hotel I stayed in during my first trip to Japan. The location is incredible especially if you have large luggage because it is very close to Shibuya Station. The entrance to the hotel was a bit hard to find because it's an elevator door and not a typical entrance. The room was a bit smaller than I expected but I think that is typical for Japan. The hotel staff was great and so helpful. I had tickets to an event sent to the hotel waiting for me upon arrival. The staff also arranged for my luggage to be sent to a hotel in Osaka. The food was excellent, I enjoyed breakfast twice during my stay. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants and they provided slippers and umbrellas that were needed. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again next time I come to Japan.
