Excellent location and amazing service. The hotel is so well located, just steps away from the main station and Shibuya Scramble. They offer free coffee/tea, packaged snacks and soft drinks from 3pm onwards. It’s such a great service for a weary traveller.

The breakfast available each morning is fantastic and they even have a little snack and beverage evening reception which is nice when you’re walking in after long day and the location is really great very close to Shabuya crossing!!

The hotel was conveniently located just outside an exit from Shibuya Station, making it easy to get around. The staff were pleasant, and both check-in and check-out were straightforward processes. They also kindly held onto our luggage until our taxi pickup after we checked out. However, a significant drawback of our stay was the strong odor coming from the carpet, couch, and chair in the room, which smelled of urine/body odor. This did impact our overall experience.
