Our stay was 10/10. The hospitality, the food, the property, and the pool were amazing. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The fan in the room kept us cool on the hottest days. My only complaint would be the mosquitoes; they can be quite irritating. If you are planning to stay in the open-concept room, bring something long and light to sleep in and to walk around the room in, and you should be fine.

The property is beautiful. The staff were very helpful & friendly. The Floating Breakfast & 24/7 pool access were a major plus. The mosquitos are unbearable. I believe they have become resistant to repellent. I even brought extra supplies of repellent and it just wasn’t enough of protection. The 24 hour bird noises took some time to get use to.

Overall we enjoyed ourselves a great deal. The entire staff was phenomenal, the food was spectacular in particular the delicious fresh fruit trays with the smoothies and the view of the Piton was memorable.

Wow what an amazing property! Nestled in the lush mountains this hotel did not disappoint! Every room, restaurant, and check point had a beautiful view of the pitons. The food was AMAZING and somehow incorporated the cacao grown on the property's cacao farm into the meal in the most delicious way. Staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Would 10/10 recommend :)

We came here for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! The service is truly great and the meals were outstanding- probably the best breakfasts I’ve ever had - the chocolate tour was wonderful, dinners weren’t cheap but were fantastic. Rooms don’t have A/C and are open but we liked the sounds of frogs and bugs at night and the fan kept us cool- they also have a mosquito net around the bed- shower was amazing, room service was fantastic- So many fun things to do nearby (rainforest walk, mud baths, beautiful beaches and a snorkeling, volcano hikes, botanical gardens and waterfalls, great restaurants-we absolutely loved our stay here!

Disappointed to say the least I’m also still waiting on a refund from this property due to the property not being up to our standards. This property does not have air conditioner anywhere on the property which was very difficult considering it was around 98°F outside and cost around $700 nightly.

I loved it. Besides the fact its no partylife or anything to do around there. The Estate is nice. Need more food options though, its only one restaurant on site. I was also bit up there. Not sure what type of Mosquitoes thwy have or what type of bugs but I had like 20 on me. I HATE THAT. Overall the property is beautiful though.. Taxis or transportation there is safe vut too expensive.

This property is pure bliss. St Lucia is such a hidden gem and this is at the heart of it. The views are immaculate I felt like I was dreaming with just how stunning the views were from this property are. The staff is so accommodating and sweet they made this a 5 star experience. I can’t say enough good things about Hotel Chocolat.

The staff was welcoming, property beautiful and food was amazing! Cons no phone in the room the room had to go to reception desk each time. Be prepared for no tv or radio which wasn't a big issue for me. Also no AC and there were mosquitoes.
