Very nice little place. Very convenient to tube station and lots of food options.

Wonderful old school charm.

Glad I had the lights on getting into bed, one of “those” hairs greeted me. Mold around the shower glass, drain not working a feet had a bath every day, do not disturb light not working, a window broken and not opening, flies always in the room. Place has that old musty smell, except the foyer which was overpowering, or when you’d get a wave of other less appealing smells. Room service under powering. But, the staff are amazing, quick to respond, helpful, and just lovely. Great location to trains and buses, enough convenience, food, chemist shops for whatever you need. Would I stay here again? Unknown, good for what I needed? Yes. Do yourself a favour and get the breakfast, it’s rather fab.

A lovely, old hotel, in the best spot in London to see shows. It's also right above Charing Cross Station, to easy to get further afield.
