If you like to walk, it’s easy walk to Fountain of Youth where we boarded the hop on trolley to get about. The traffic was heavy, but we were there following a holiday. We walked to Dunkin and to Cortesssa’s. We enjoyed that our room had separate living areas.

Nice updated house but our front room faced the noisy street. Lots of traffic. Also didn’t not have a closet or any way to hank up clothes. I’d book rooms in the back of the property if I returned.

It’s a very cute, quaint place to stay. Not flashy or super fancy, but very nice in its own way. Old school motel vibes with nice new upgrades and cleanliness not associated with motels. Would stay here again.

Our room at the Cozy Inn was very clean and there was a parking spot reserved directly in front of the door. However, the space was much smaller than we expected, with just enough room to walk around the bed and make it to the tiny bathroom. We also found the mattress and pillows uncomfortable for us so we did not get a good night's sleep.

This motel was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, AC cold, shower was hot with good pressure, and the area was very quiet at night.. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Motel is about 1 mile from the St. Augustine Historic District, so very convenient. However, pics for the room on the Expedia site were inaccurate (room looked very different from the site). Otherwise, a great motel, bed, AC, shower, and parking for the price!

For the price and location it was a very good value. The unit we stayed in was renovated and more than met our needs. We were ok with the walk and it’s approximately a 20-25 minute walk to Historic Downtown and that’s a pretty fast pace. Overall I would recommend the property.

Really nice old motel. Rooms are small but very clean and well maintained. It is about 1 mile from the historic district. The prices are reasonable and they are dog friendly!
