This beautifully furnished luxury condo is a brand new build with everything completely new from top to bottom.

Gorgeous Getaway is located in the exclusive golf community of Coral Ridge Resort and is perfect for your next Southern Utah getaway. Featuring four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, this condo easily sleeps 10 adults, with a king in the main floor master, king in the second, and queens in the third and fourth bedrooms. The leather sofa sleeper includes a queen memory foam mattress, while each of the bedrooms boasts a plush Serta cool gel memory foam pillowtop mattress for your most comfortable nights away from home. All bedrooms and the main living area have ceiling fans for extra cooling features. The kitchen is fully stocked to meet your cooking needs and includes granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a toaster, blender, hand mixer, and coffee maker, and more. This condo includes cable on all three large flat screen smart TV’s, capable of connecting to your personal accounts such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. Each TV is accessorized with blue ray players and 50+ mgs of high speed wireless internet.

We enjoyed the condo but lost AC for a night. It was 85 degrees upstairs. They did come add fruit the next morning at 10:00 am but it was a rough night. They didn’t offer compensation for that night. And the washing machine smelled like mildew. We wouldn’t sat here again

Perfect accommodations for our 4some - half way between Sand Hollow and Black Sands golf courses. The great room was perfect for our group to dine on our take in and watch The Masters on TV. We were all very comfortable in their own bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay - everything was very clean and very comfortable and as stated in the listing. As easy as it gets from finding the listing, getting questions answered, booking, paying, arrival instructions, arriving and departing - The Best!

Wonderful home in perfect location
The rental home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We came for a family reunion and spent a day at Sand Hollow, which was about 20 minutes away from where we stayed and 5 minutes away from our family that live in Washington. We had a wonderful time.

A Great Place
This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean and there were plenty of towels and pool towels for all of our guests. The check-out list was very easy. Owner was great to work with!!

Great for a weekend stay
It was a great place for a weekend stay. Close to all of the soccer fields for the Presidents’ Day weekend. Wished the shampoo and conditioner and soap would have been bigger. Not large enough for a longer stay and with multiple people at the property. Would definitely consider staying at the property again.

Great Family House
Great house for hiking in Zion. About 40 minute drive. Close to Walmart, Albertsons and Costco. Pool and jacuzzi a plus, but busy, lots of small children. Our children were older. Well appointed kitchen!! Very responsive host wirh any questions!

10 Days is St. George
We spent ten days in St. George with three adults and two young boys. Our condo at Washington, UT was centrally located within 30 minutes of Zion, and 15 minutes to Pioneer Park, Quail Creek Park, and downtown St. George. We all had a blast with hiking, rock climbing, and time trials at Canyon Park. We even got to play a little pickleball. Our condo was well stocked with what we needed and decorated nicely with plenty of space for everyone. The clubhouse, two pools, and two saunas were perfect for us and the boys. Rick answered all our questions and helped us with a few minor problems unrelated to the condo. Would definitely recommend a stay there if you get a chance!!

Look no further!
I am so glad we came across this property! It was perfect! The location is convenient right off the freeway. The home was immaculate and stocked with every essential you will need. My granddaughter stayed with us for a bit and she fell asleep, there was a pack and play stowed in the closet. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning quickly cooled the home down. Rick and Marci were great hosts, who were quick to respond when I had a question. We would definitely stay here again.

Weather was lovely and dry. Relatively close to Zion and other beautiful state parks. Had an issue with the washing machine but the owner was super responsive and helpful. The appliance guy and Nick were also superb. Will come again

Overall a Nice Stay
It was nice to have a 4 bedroom place to stay for Presidents Day Weekend. The place is overall very nice and it has the minimum amenities needed in the kitchen to be able to cook. Nice to have separate pool towels for swimming. The TV's are small and a bit older. Nowadays those are cheap to buy and would be very beneficial in this unit. On the main level the couches really only seat 5 people so when we tried watching something together in the evening it wasn't ideal. My husband commented it seemed a little dusty, which was true but it still felt clean enough and comfortable. We chose this rental BC we have stayed at Coral Ridge before and really enjoy the hot tubs and heated pools in the winter time. We were in a bind with soccer games & getting to the condo in time for check out. I reached out to the owner and he was prompt and quick to help out. Thank-you!
