The noise from the hotel went until 6 past midnight couldn’t sleep. We both have red itchy spots from bedbugs. Will never stay here again.

Arrived and checked in at 9:30pm, paid for the room, struggled to find the room with no direction from staff. Staff then called and woke us up at 1am stating we never checked in when we had checked in and paid hours prior. The room had dead bugs throughout the bathroom, minimal ventilation, the only window looked out onto common walkways and didn’t open either so I could not get air through the room. When we arrived back at the hotel for our second night stay, our card was deactivated and we could not get back into our room without having to go back to reception. As a removalist I have stayed at an abundance of hotel motels but this is one of the worst for service and value.

Check in was very friendly and welcoming however the lobby needs a deep clean. Went upstairs to our ‘spa suite’ and found a mixed bag. Clean room, comfortable beds but in need of maintenance. The blinds are broken leaving the bathroom windows uncovered, and the tiny balcony was filthy and the door barely opened. The food was positively awful.

The staff were very nice annd help ful.the courtosy bus was offered to us as transport to a friends pa rty 15 minutes away instead of catching a taxi,.The rooms are clean Rooms are cleancatcataxi.

So So at best.
Very very thin walls. We could hear the family next door chatting all night in another language, plus doors opening and closing constantly. We were in room 2, so we were road facing and OMG the constant sounds of burn outs. The room is massive, and beds are super soft.
