The quality of the property does not reflect the advertising or the price. Having the music going until the late hours does not blend with quality accomodation. The noise coming from the bar/dance areas denies you having a restful sleep. Sorry, this is not the high quality relaxaing evening we were looking for.

We really enjoyed our stay. Watsons Bay is such a lovely location and the hotel was perfect. Modern facilities with great character. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was good. Parking was easy. Beautiful walks with breathtaking views are right on the doorstep. The only thing that could have been improved was the shower - the shower head wasn’t great. We would definitely stay again, and for longer next time around.

Great location easy access to ferries and buses. Hotel courtyard bar and food service is excellent no charge for room service. Food at the hotel is far superior to the overpriced restaurants next door.

Accomodation was fantastic,reception & breakfast staff were great. ALL DOWN HILL AFTER THAT. Restaurant staff are on a bigger holiday than guests. boys behind bar to busy eating while attempting to serve..POOR. Pizza cook flat out doing her best, to bad she had no backup 8 pizzas on counter for 5 min, not sliced when put on table,Sent back still not sliced properly,now cold. Had 3 SORRY ABOUT THAT. The night before had to ask 3 workers to get info on daily special deal gave up in the end. Heard the G/MANAGER staying shortly maybe he should do an undercover meal, or maybe not he would have to let go of half the staff.

We loved Watsons bay, the room was a small apartment perfect for us and our 10 year old. The view towards the city was amazing. Caught the ferry into town - the best view of the opera house. Great staff, would recommend
