Excellent location. A 5 minute walk to the night market. Close to the metro. Lots of restaurants within a few minutes walk. Convenience store next door for snacks. Definitely recommended.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast is satisfactory but could use some improvement. While the facilities have seen better days, they are still comfortable. I wouldn't mind staying there again.

Few blocks to Dihua district which is amazing tourist attraction. Rooms are quiet, wonderful breakfast buffet. Free shuttle to Taipei main station and Ximending which was a nice perk. It is 15 min. walk to the closet MRT thru major streets very busy, so don't advise to walk from the station to the hotel with luggages.

few mins walk to Ningxia night market. staying at 11floor suite is noisy during 7am to 10am as suite is located directly below breakfast area (12th and 13th floor), you can hear dragging noises of chairs during breakfast timing.

staff service was normal, not fantastic. room was a bit small, and the room decoration was not that modern. location is good because there is a big supermarket near the hotel where we bought many nice snacks. there are also food places nearby.

Solid hotel, nice staff but problematic internet
The staff here is wonderful, caring and thoughtful. I injured by lower back during my business trip and alerted the hotel about it. They proactively checked in on me, offered to take me to the doctor and offered me some pain rubs. I am very appreciative of that and thankful that I recovered with a couple of days. Please be mindful that there are a lot of marble material in around the hotel that is very slipper when wet. The property is of an older neoclassic style but very well maintained. It's super convenient, with 2 convenient stores on the same block, a Ba Fang dumpling restaurant, a PX Mart grocery store across the street and a coin laundromat one block over. A solid night market is about 3 blocks away and you are about 7 minutes from Taipei Station, there are multiple bus stops on the same street block. I like everything about this hotel except the internet. I was here on a business trip and found the internet quite unreliable throughput both buildings. Any sustained data stream, such as a Teams or Zoom call, a VoWiFi voice call, or even streaming a little news video is problematic with constant data interruption and everything is choppy. Taiwan generally has very reliable and fast internet, so this was an disappointment.
