Terrible breakfast. Not a cheap hotel so you would expect better. Very little space to relax outside the room. No Sky TV channels mostly all in Japanese.

Very modern, clean and well maintained. The buffet was very good. Wide variety of items. Fresh fruit, pastries, soup, salad, bacon, sausage, duck and baked chicken. Very close to the Ebisu station. Takes a little effort to walk up the steep street. Overall a good and would stay here again.

チェックイン時、スタッフ3人もいるのに「いらっしゃいませ」の一言もなく一様に「何しにきたの?」という顔でこちらを見る。 マニュアルもおそらく不在で、スタッフもやる気なく応対。特に朝ご飯は「11時まで」とうたっておきながら、10時半の段階で食べれるものが皆無。「もう作らなくていいですよね?」という若いスタッフの声もフロア全体に聞こえてきており、面倒くさいのか何なのか、「おもてなし」の対局にいる方々。 ホテルの部屋はとても綺麗で、掃除が行き届いていただけに残念。

I can’t say anything bad about the stay here, it has everything you need and is close to the station if you need to go somewhere else. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

The hotel’s location was very convenient as it was only a 5 min walk to the railway station. There’s also a lot of good restaurants nearby if you don’t feel like traveling to other neighborhoods. The staff was very friendly. Room was clean and very nice. Breakfast was delicious! Only complaint I had was I thought this hotel had a laundry room to wash clothes yourself. However, it’s part of their guest services and they charge a ridiculous amount to do your laundry. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others.

The staff was the highlight. I stayed 7 nights in the superior Hollywood twin. The in-room design was just not practical. Particularly, I did not like the sink, shower and toilet being in different rooms. There are other impracticalities too, like not enough space to lay my things out on the desk being cluttered with other things. However, it’s quite livable and the beds and toilet are stain-free and luxurious. Without that and the staff, it would have been a 2/5 for me. And also the location is pretty close to the station, just about a 8-12 min walk down. If you have heavy bags, it can be tiring going uphill towards the hotel. Other things they have: free coffee daily, paid breakfast and a small restaurant. Overall, it was not bad staying here, and I would not mind staying again. However, I would choose a different room. Thanks so much Ebisuholic for taking care of me.
