Great property. A noticeable sewage smell in the lobby; though that’s not necessarily the responsibility of the property itself. Awesome location with attentive, caring staff; daily breakfast was amazing and on-site dining in general, was a cut above. Would stay again and would also like to try the Park Hyatt, once it reopens. Great place to stay in Tokyo
I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Tokyo. The room was great with plenty of space and top notch bath area. Room service and reception staff were exceptional.
