Need to have onsen in the building somewhere. So much space and so much resources, but no onsen? No one wants to walk to another building and use another hotel

Great location, and stay. Limited food.
Location was great. Room was comfy. Easy to get to. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Downside - limited food options. Hotel dinner spots were sold out. Did our healthy dinner with yogurts and nuts. Breakfast was a great spread but less veggie options than the average Prince hotels in Tokyo.

We stayed in Japan for two months and this hotel was the worst. By Japanese standards, staff were not polite or helpful. Quite shocking actually. Food in the executive lounge for 10 days was very disappointing. No alternative dining options. We will never stay here again

There was a small cockroach found in our room, I notify front desk about it before the next guest comes in. Go find higher quality and or newer hotel in Tokyo Japan. I do not recommend this hotel

Poor impression right from checking in, staff's uniform looked worn, no proper instructions as to the elevators, no signage either. Room looked dated and bathroom even worse (Deluxe King Room, High Floor, Non-smoking - Garden View). There was no garden view from the room, it was the city which was ok. Air conditioning did not work, room was extremely hot with morning sun beating down on the windows. Tried to schedule massage from room, phone went unanswered when instructed to call dedicated massage line. Overall a poor experience staying at this property.

No gym and small rooms and low ceilings
Let me see where to begin, It was kinda disappointing to find out the gym in our tower had just 4 treadmills and nothing else. Although the next tower had a proper gym they would not let us use it and wanted to charge a per day fee. I would have never booked this hotel had I known that. Typical misrepresentation and I’m very disappointed and hope you guys can give some resolution. I tried to even ask or request a manager for help, and was uselsss. The rooms are also built for short people. Small beds and low ceilings. A lot of space on the property but strangely they need to renovate and maximize the space. Will never stay here again.
