Booked 2 rooms for 9 nights and check in experience was terrible. The booking was made for 3 adults and 2 kids and receptionist kept saying the booking is for 4 people. Even after showing booking confirmation for 3 adults and 2 kids receptionist asked me to pay for the extra person. Staff member asked me to contact the booking website help desk to sort it out and this is at 11:30pm local time. It was not possible for me as I had no way of calling as I was in Japan and the help desk is not open 24 hours. Finally staff member decided to make the phone call himself and realised the mistake was Hotels. Staff member apologised but I had to wait for an hour to check in with my family after a 10 hour flight. Finally got to my room after midnight. Not what I expected. Reception service is not the best. Requested staff member to book an airport transfer as I needed a van to accommodate my family of 5 and that seemed like I had made an unusual request. I was told they can only organise a normal taxi. I ended up booking one myself. Housekeeping is fantastic and Buffet Lunch is very good. Hotel facilities are very good. Overall Hotel is a good one.
