Nice hotel with lots of restaurants. I imagine it was probably unbelievable like 15-20 years ago, but is slightly outdated now. The Vegas style property was really nice for us because we had friends staying in the hotel as well. Area nearby is not as walkable as other areas

Everything is good except one. The frontdesk guy said the point of IHG could not be saved because I booked the room via Expedia. Is it right? When I stayed at the same hotel last May, the other staff set the point. But this staff refused. I was disappointed.

Truly a 5 star experience. Our suite was first class…newly renovated, with enough room for two adults and two big teenagers. The facilities of the club are really worth paying a little extra for. The breakfast and evening drinks are fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt like VIPs throughout our stay.

Well located, comfortable and welcoming hotel. Excellent customer service and they even checked us into our room early which was helpful after a long flight with our baby! Incredibly clean and well designed rooms. We were in the newly renovated rooms. Great western breakfast options. Would recommend and stay here again!
