Spotlessly clean, very inviting and relaxing, I have a lobby where I can just unwind, instead of being in my room, all the time. It’s seems to be an older building, nevertheless, very classy I am very observant why I noticed, other than that no one would know for sure. Also, I like the hall way which I can use to do few minutes of walking up and down. It is spacious I don’t feel clustered, actually I feel free staying there. Of note, is that a lot of hotels which came after Montecarlo, does not provide the kind of Aura, I described. I have been checking around so I know. I actually visit them inperson The bar area is very inviting and catchy, it makes me fell like I want to invite friends and hang out and of course try the meals which I haven’t yet.

Front desk staff didn’t honour my vip status and refused to upgrade my room even though they told my bf rooms were available for upgrade they just wanted to charge us for it even though I was supposed to get this for free as part of my vip Expedia account they reluctantly gave me my late check out but only after refusing at first to my bf and fighting with me about it not impressed probably won’t stay here agan

The staff was very rude. Our key cards had to be replaced every day we were there. Service in the dining room was non existent. My daughter wanted a juice and the staff wouldn't allow us to purchase it because it was after 10 am. The beds were very uncomfortable. The location and parking was good.

Good location pretty basic
We were there one night. It was pretty clean. The room had some maintenance issues with wallpaper paper peeling. They upgraded us to a jacuzzi sweet, but we didn’t realize the tub was in the middle of the room. Awkward considering I was with my sister. The breakfast was extremely basic with very little gluten free options. But the staff was kind. It was easy to find and had plenty of parking.
