This lovely condo unit has amazing views of the water, and of the pool area. Relax and unwind in the tranquil setting that has been completely updated with all new floors throughout, and professionally decorated to ensure a relaxing home away from home.
This condo's furnished private top floor balcony has stunning views of the bay where you can sit and enjoy watching large cargo ships and shrimp boats sail by. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities including a full-size dishwasher. The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa, 32in flat-screen TV, and a CD player/radio. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and a 19 in flat-screen TV.
The condo sleeps up to 4 and includes in-unit WIFI (Wireless Internet). Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.
Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach and Racquet office, and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building.
POOLS: Pools are currently open daily from Noon to 2:45 pm and 3:15-6 pm, with limited occupancy. (subject to change, based on HOA Guidelines).
