The hotel rooms are very outdated. Looks like 70's. There is no switch board for lamps , you have to do individually. Cant advertise a hotel 4 stars with rooms like that.

What a little gem we found! I brought my mom here for her 88th birthday for a couple of nights. We were treated as if we were royalty. The concierge and front desk staff were amazing! We will definitely stay here again.

The front desk employee's, and staff were great, very accommodating, and polite. The rooms are clean, spacious,and nicely decorated. My complaint would be the noise. We were put in a room right across from the ice machine, it was so loud I did not sleep at all. It sounded like the machine was in our room.

We had to check in really late due to stormy conditions and delayed ferries and the check in manager was friendly and accomodating. Check in was easy and our stay was relaxing. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. The area was nice with restaurants really close.
