It is an older property with old property quirks. Some things could be updated, but we appreciated having so much space in a beautiful neighborhood! We felt well looked after and enjoyed our stay!

It’s an old property, but very clean. Windows are old and in poor repair. The weather was warm and having the windows open provided good ventilation. There are no luggage carts. If you intend on using the kitchen be prepared to carry groceries and luggage to your room. There is a small elevator that works well, but does not service the parkade below. If you are driving make sure you reserve a parking spot in the very small parkade. There was never any parking out front so if you wish to unload your luggage to enter the lobby be prepared to block traffic or carry your luggage up two flights of stairs from the parkade. The two bedroom two bathroom apartment was very roomy. The kitchen was equipped with a dishwasher, stove, fridge and necessary dishes and pots and pans. The rooms do not have central air conditioning. There was a portable unit in the living room with a hose hanging out the window. It was not hot enough during our visit to try it out. The price was more affordable than anything else we looked at. The location was very good. Great restaurants were a $5-$7 Uber ride away. Stanley park is an easy 10 min walk.

This is an older property that is in need of a remodel. Some of the seating with fabric is stained. The whole building has a musty smell. There is no air conditioning, but it was nice the unit had a portable AC unit and fans. It would have been nice if there were two AC units (one for each bedroom). The location is great (close to Stanley Park).

We checked in early since we had just gotten off a cruise ship. There were 8 of us that booked 2 suites. They were able to make one suite available right away so that we could put our luggage into it while we walked around the area until the second suite became available. Our group was in the 60-80 age group and it would have been very helpful if there had been a ramp instead of stairs into the hotel. Dragging heavy suitcases up and down stairs isn’t great and also one of our group was in a wheelchair. That will be a high priority for the next place we book.

We had a 3 night stay with my kids and dogs. It was great. The building was charming, the suites had lots of space and I felt very safe walking the dogs at night. Only issue is 1 elevator that doesn't line up and almost tripped getting out of the elevate every time, office staff was a hit and miss (some were VERY nice and another made my son cry.) and parking was sketchy especially if you have a big car. I would stay here again because for the money- you cant beat it.

Very budget feel.. like cheap apartments from 1980s. Minimal service and Nickle and diming for towels, coffee etc.. best part was it is next to Stanley park and walking to Robson st. No air conditioning in rooms. Parking area and laundry is dirty and seems unsafe.

Had a two bedroom suite that came with 1 shared and 1 in-suite bathrooms, as well as a Murphy bed and a sofa in the living room. Our group of 5 stayed here for 2 nights and were very comfortable. It was a great option for a family stay. Very attentive staff and quiet neighbourhood just steps from Stanley Park. Recommended.
