I have stayed here several times over the years it’s my go to hotel for Vernon and was concerned the new ownership may make it worse. However it seems to be improving it because the staff and hotel were a little better this time. Room was clean and nice view. Pool was open this time for first time and I hope the hot tub will finally be working again as it’s not worked in last four visits. The restaraunt looks ready for use but still closed. It’s very reasonable cost wise which is my primary reason for choosing it plus location. Hopefully the rates don’t increase. Only down side this time was five buckets to catch the leak in ceiling directly outside our room but it’s an older flat roof building so bound be maintenance as long as wasn’t in the room lol My daughter and friends also use this hotel every year so we all recommend. Embrace the style and the popcorn lava ceilings in the halls it adds to the vintage feel. We will be back

It was good. Price was very reasonable. That’s why I didn’t expect too highly. But we had 2 nights. No house keeper came in to clean at all. I wanted to have at least garbage taken and coffee refilled. But ok. I went to the front desk. She gave us coffees. We didn’t have enough towels. But they brought us some after we called. So good enough.
