Enjoyed all the lovely little extra touches to celebrate Christmas, including cookies and popcorn, holiday movies, and hot cider, chocolate, and coffee in the lobby. Mini golf for the kids and marshmallows for the hot chocolate. Loved having the complimentary apples too. Would suggest having coffee in the lobby on a daily basis too.

Room was too hot, stuffy, uncomfortable to sleep. Unable to adjust thermostat. No parking available even though we paid for parking $20/day. Cleaning service did not remove garbage. Room service & elevators extremely slow.

I just wanted to shout out the two men who were at the front desk on NYE at about 1030pm when I arrived. I called very stressed out due to not be able to finding parking & they were so kind to me. When I got to the desk after they assisted me they went above and beyond to make sure I would be able to access my car for my early check out the next morning to catch a ferry. Thank you for everything, you made my short stay very pleasant!

Staff not knowledgeable about in house restaurant rules. Chose hotel for in house restaurant. Ate all meals out. No ventilation in main room where extra queen bed & pull out couch bed was. Very stuffy. Too cold outside to open the glass slider door.
