Seeking a freshly updated condo with peace and quiet on your next vacation - this unit is for you! Located on the top floor of the building and is an end unit, this spot in the building configuration is away from other neighbors. Remodeled fall 2022 with new paint, flooring, and furnishings throughout! Full kitchen remodel too. Dedicated High Speed Internet.
A vaulted ceiling in the living room area allows for more of the wonderful Colorado sunshine to come in and is a relaxing spot to enjoy the wood burning fireplace or flat screen TV. The dining area has plenty of seating and is easily accessible from the remodeled kitchen complete with cookware, dishes, utensils, and new appliances.
The master bedroom has a King-sized bed, futon, flat screen TV with DVD player and attached full bathroom. The second bedroom has Queen bed plus a Twin bunk which can take adult sizes and there is a second full bathroom within. Anyone with smaller children traveling in the group can utilize the sofa sleeper in the living room.
Building 19 is in the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac only a short walk to the Clubhouse and has a free town shuttle stops right out front of this unit. Enjoy the woods and ski resort views out your backdoor.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
