Rooms are spacious and clean. Multiple dining options that are within walking distance. Property is quiet, beautifully maintained. Loved the amenities and all the available activities, especially the guest laundry on-site. Would have been helpful to know that the camel rides needed to be booked in advance.

We stayed for two nights in July. Hotel room had two beds which was great but barely enough space for our luggage. There are no ramps or lifts to get you to the top floor. With small kids this meant 4 trips with bags up and down. We had the buffet breakfast which was fairly expensive at $45pp. The area is very walkable and they had a lot of free options like garden walks and local tools talks. We also sat in on a didgeridoo lesson. Overall it was good.

The property is fine with nice outdoor spaces, but the rooms could use a facelift. It’s the extraordinary location (and lack of competition) that justifies the high price per night.

This was the most expensive hotel ive ever stayed in. I was there in May and the pool was only ornamental, because i think there were actually ice cubes in it. The kuds coukdnt even stay in it for very long. The floor was so dirty i started wearing my shoes because my socks got so dirty from the carpet. And there were sugar ants crawling all over the counter. The bed sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable.

We traveled from United States to here on our honeymoon. We booked hotel on our own. When we inquired if they had any upgrades/complimentary wine, etc. bc we were celebrating our honeymoon, the front desk lady rudely asked “well did you tell your travel agent?” We did not use a travel agent. By the way, another other property on our visits either comped us wine or other treats to celebrate our honeymoon. I lost a scarf on property in the morning and had to ask if they could locate it. They seemed to be lackluster in wanting to help. We had dinner in main dining area however when I asked for a to go container for my left overs, I was told that was not allowed. However they offer a takeaway service for breakfast. Mind you, there is a supermarket in the area and our room had a mini fridge- what gives?? This is a cluster of properties owned by the same company. We dined at one of the restaurants. We had to seek out our server to order another round of drinks. We couldn’t find them so we asked another attendant who completely waked away from us although she heard us. She genuinely seemed not to care. We visited 3 other cities in Australia but I have to say this leg of our trip was my least favorite. The best thing here was seeing Uluru in person and doing 2 separate excursions: the sunrise excursion at Uluru, and the sunset excursion The Sounds of Silence (which I highly recommend).

Room is clean though not the best. There are a few stains here and there but we can make do considering the remoteness of the location. Desert Garden is usually the first stop for any tours or pickup, which helps quite a lot. The flys can be irritating until winter sets in, so pls do bring a fly net for the tours and walks. Staffs are friendly and always ready to help.

Good stay.
It was a good stay. Room was far from parking, need porter help. Hotel charges you some $50 per hour if you want to have a late checkout, even one hour, no flexibility.
