Eu gosto da rede do Ibis, já me hospedei em vários lugares. Este de Guaratinguetá é muito bom a localização, é bem limpo, tem bom atendimento, só deixa um pouco a desejar o café da manhã que é bem fraquinho em relação aos outros Ibis com poucas variedades e pouca quantidade, parecendo ser sobras. Se melhorar o café a estadia ficará top.Obrigada.

Hotel padrão íbis, mobiliário novo, café da manhã muito bom. Ruim: reserva para casal + criança de 9 anos, apenas uma cama casal pequena, quando reclamamos mandaram um colchão. Não tinham 3 toalhas no banheiro, nem shampoo e condicionador, somente 1 sabonete.

Nao gostei do quarto porque o colchão era muito duro, a cama muito baixa, o banheiro nao tinha box, o quarto adaptado nao foi bom pra nós que não temos deficiencia. Nao fomos informados que o quarto seria assim e pagamos um preco normal.
