You get what you pay for? Knowing the facility rating already, we selected a "premium" room... And....wow. Not sure I'd like to see the 'standard'' room....! Just low-end, from the poor repairs to the state of the room. That said, the bed was clean, semi-comfortable, and the car was still there in the morning! Underwhelming, but not hideous. .

The staff were good but there were no towels in the room, we had to ask for them and couldn’t get face cloths until the next morning. The bathroom window was not sealed and leaky (it was raining) and had mould all over it. The room had a smell of cigarette smoke and cleaner. It got better when we turned the air conditioner off.

Our room was the second to last in the building & when we walked in it smelt heavily like smoke and notably dirty. We went into the bathroom & the window was broken so we had to put a clothes hanger to make sure no one could get in from the outside. Their neighbors were up until 2 am singing karaoke, very loudly. I’m so glad we didn’t have our kids with us, if we did we would have left. Not worth it.

The room was very, very smoky. Some renovations had been done in the bathroom but they didn’t appear to be done by a professional. There were burn marks in the bathroom. For the price, it was old, tired and didn’t feel very clean.

Staff were very nice. It was quiet and comfortable. Large rooms. The bathroom area is dated, chips on the counter tops, sink and tub. But the price is the best in the area so can't expect perfection. I would stay again

The room was so unsanitary that we did not stay. The smell of smoke was intolerable and the bedding was dirty. We left after 5 minutes. It would have been unhealthy to stay the night plus all of our belongings would have absorbed the horrible smell. The worst hotel experience of our lives.
