Vastly overpriced for what is was. Paid $165 for a very basic room. Nothing fancy. Nothing to warrant the price. Had no idea we were on the 1st floor which made life difficult. Would not stay there again

Listing on wotif showed bar, bar/lounge for food and drink and room service --- There is none. The receptionist was generally disinterested. The room was part of a pair of rooms and an adjoining door had no lock and was secured by placing a table in front of the door. The room was tired and badly in need of refreshing. The room was clean, and the bed good, but otherwise was undeserving of a high rating. Wotif should review this listing for honesty.... it is false and misleading.... that is unacceptable. If you are desperate for accommodation in Cobar - its ok, but they need to lift their game. We would recommend planning your trip to skip overnight in Cobar.
