We got to our room it's was nasty hadn't been dusted vacuumed nothing smelt lik smoke furniture had stains I asked to be moved th next room was the same way had bugs in the bathroom one in th bed I would never stay here again should be shut down

Positive: the continental breakfast was good Negatives: the staff was not very friendly or available. There was a fire alarm beeping the entire night. We tried to call the front desk an no one answered and it just kept ringing. We decided to play music to try to drown the noise out. I’m the mourning we went to the front desk to talk to them about it and they were very dismissive and invalidating, saying “we should have just come to the front desk”. The surrounding area is not the safest, let alone in the middle of the night. Leaving the room with kids alone was not a good idea at night. There were also bugs crawling on the walls when we got there. Not a great experience besides the continental breakfast.

We found roaches in the fridge but the inside of the unit was extremely nice, while we were getting ready to sleep there was a couple roaches I saw crawling around the room. The staff and hospitality was excellent and I would love to stay here again if I was offered a different room

Would highly recommend. Front desk staff was really nice. room was decent for the rate. Parking is very easily accessible. Lots of restaurants and things to do close by including the airport I would recommend this location.
