Tastefully presented and fully equipped two bedroom townhouse with ocean views, centrally located at the CBD end of Scott Street. Just a short stroll to the beach and a stone's throw from the shops, Country Club and Golf Course.

Ground level boasts tiled flooring throughout, spacious open planned kitchen, living and dining rooms, and a large laundry with second shower and toilet.

Level one features magnificent views, an executive bathroom and two carpeted bedrooms with built-ins, with master opening up onto a tiled balcony.

Property also includes ceiling fans throughout, Slug with remote access and a covered, paved courtyard/entertaining area with a BBQ and outdoor setting.

Very pleased with the presentation of the property, location and proximity to the beach and all amenities. Issues with the ceiling fans, not being able adjust the speed and some working intermittently. Remote for garage door also had an issue, did not work. These small things did not affect our time at the property or our stay in Crescent. Staff at the real estate were friendly. We will book the property again if it is available on our next venture north.
