Right in the heart of the city
This is an old hotel but kept clean and tidy, its advantage is that it is right in the middle of the city, good onsite parking and reasonably priced. They have a nice bar and a good dining room the room had a shower/toilet ensuite and there was a fridge and tea & coffee supplies available in the room. and A/C - its very close to a number of cafes and restaurants within a short walk if the restaurant isn't open. Its right in the heart of the city so close to all the shops and services As said it's old but it suited our trip to Dubbo this time.

The Kingbed was very comfy and the linen clean but the carpets was dirty, no door on the shower, cobwebs in the corner of the room and the tv did not work.

Room was basic but comfortable. The room is a little run down but is a good cheap place to sleep and shower. The bistro is great. Half price mains on Thursday nights are tops. Good location on Main Street.

We had to walk our baggage up five short flights of stairs because the lift was not working. We then found out from other people it has been that way for a year. This should have been mentioned on the booking site. We then found out that the two nights we were there were the two nights they don't serve dinner time meals. The room smelt bad The gentleman at the front counter was lovely and gave us fresh batteries for the remote controller but without a back on it l could not get the remote to work. Was this supposed to have toiletries provided? Overall, it was run down and we were told all the attention was to the nightclub.
