Didn’t like that the phone wasn’t connected so I couldn’t call reception… phone was without any plug in wiring ?? The staff were friendly and approchable. Parking and check in procedures need to be improved. It took us 90 mins to simply check in. We had a superior room in lever 32 with a great view. The room was clean and tidy. Bathrooms are small and tight. Beds were comfortable. It was a much needed night away.

Recently stayed for 4 nights on Level 8 eastern side of building. Room was very nice and had a great ocean view. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and houskeeping did a fantastic job servicing my room. Buffet Breakfast was really good with a wide variety of food options to suit everyones tastes and needs. Location was excellent with close proximity to Cavill Mall and Surfers Paradise Beach. Plenty of Dining options in the area all within a short walk from the Hotel. Very handy to public transport options including the Cavill Av Light Rail Station only a 5 minute walk away providing an easy connection to northbound trains to Brisbane. Overall very happy with my stay at Novotel. Would definitely stay again.

Although I didn't get my spa room that i booked and paid for the upgrade to the executive room with ocean view turned out lovely in the end. Not alot of dining options in hotel however perfectly satisfied with what you had to offer. The staff definitely make that hotel. Hotel is quite dated and showing its age. Overall a very pleasant enjoyable stay. Will be back if we get another chance away from the kids.

Half of the time the lifts didn’t work . Was told we got the best room on 35 floor ocean view but half of the stuff were falling off , the bathroom was not clean . The list could go on. View was the only best thing .
