Lovely little motor inn close to centre of town. Simple, clean accommodation. The pool was great for our 8yo to burn off some energy after the long drive. Had everything we needed for our one-night stopover. Would stay here again!

Though rooms and facilities provided were good and enough, the bathrooms were smelly and spread into the main room. The fridge kept making loud and whirring noise all through the night and disturbed the sleep. Apart from.thsi the water running through the pipes between the walls and neighbouring rooms were heard clearly and disturbed the sleep.

Clean and convenient place to stay in Grafton, with very friendly reception staff. Rooms are fine, but the only annoying thing is there are ashtrays outside in front of the rooms, and the person in the room next to us smoked a fair bit, and we could smell the smoke coming in from the bathroom window. Bit annoying - would be better to just declare a set smoking area away from the rooms.

Fitzroy Motor Inn is our go to place when staying in Grafton. This is our second stay here and we will be back. Excellent location, clean and comfortable. The pool was a highlight on those hot days! Thank you to the staff who were great too.
