Very well located, very clean. Only thing that let it down compared to other resorts we have stayed at with similar value was breakfast. Not as much choice as other resorts, but it was still an enjoyable place to stay.

We checked in just before midnight. They photocopy your passport. We got key cards. Room is good size and has air con but the bathroom has a very noisy duct exhaust type fan which made it hard to get a good sleep. Hotel is in the city centre of shops and restaurants, 10min walk to garlic lane, or to the beach.. 30min to beachwalk shopping mall. They cleaned and provided fresh towels daily except for the last day - I had to ask. Pool is smaller than it looks in the photos. I wouldnt stay here again due to the noisy duct exhaust fan...

Excellent stay at the Terrace Hotel at Kuta. Great staff, all friendly and helpful. Special shout out to the great security team. Pool is excellent, room was clean and air conditioning great. Fridge needs a bit of time to cool. Make sure to keep the door closed. Also make sure your room door closes when you leave and return. Will stay here again. Thank you
