The air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy.
There was no option for filling up water bottles.
The hotel stank of cigarette smell all of the time compared to other hotels.
We arrived at 1pm and they asked for money to check in earlier without even checking if our room was available.

Fantastic location and very comfortable
"My family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was space and amenities to make it comfortable, and the location was amazing. We were able to walk down to the lake, have dinner, and listen to live music, and then walk back. Thank you!"

Location and hotel enlightening
"The location is excellent and a wonderful concept which is different to most other hotels. My only negative comment would be that with being on a business trip the seating to work at the desk on my computer was not the most comfortable."
