The property did not have the room type I reserved and paid for upon my arrival. Despite my calling three times before arriving - 1pm, 5 pm and 9:30pm as I would be in late. One of my family had to sleep on the floor or squeeze three people in a full bed. It was ridiculous and not the usual Hyatt experience.

This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in, all the staff were excellent and made you feel welcome.. It is so close to shopping and restaurants, and is a very safe area.

Their breakfast was good, the employees are great, the amenities in the rooms can improve, the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, there are no waters in the rooms even if you have to pay for them, carpets look old and with stains, bathrooms can use some remodel, over all with we’re happy with our stay there

Rooms large. Breakfast was brilliant. Safe area. Pleasant staff. Would stay here again. Only negative is parking charge $50 (valet) or 'self park' for $30. There's a parking lot two minutes walk away (Orange) for $9 a night which we used for our stay with no issues.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff was very friendly, however there was no housekeeping on the two nights my wife and I were there. We didn’t need the bathroom towels to be replaced every day but at least the bed had to be done. I called the front desk the answer was: new California law… really?
