Staff très courtois. L’hôtel n’était pas achalandé et ils ont été en mesure de nous transférer après la première nuit dans une chambre “côté moins bruyant”. Il y a de la construction tout près, avec machinerie parfois bruyante tôt le matin. Mais le plus nuisible pour dormir était le vacarme que font certaines voitures en roulant à toute vitesse dans le tunnel au coin de la rue. Assourdissant! Odeur désagréable en sortant de l’ascenseur à l’étage, mais chambre très propre et nettoyée chaque jour. Petit réfrigérateur et micro ondes. Quartier très sécuritaire. Petit café juste à côté et bar intéressant à quelques pas de l’hôtel. Somme toute, nous y sommes restés une semaine et ce fut un séjour très agréable.

the stay was good the shower was too small not enough room because I'm tall and lengthy the bed comfortable rest well the room window was in front of hotel where I can hear all the noise

A nice no frills central hotel close to transit. I stay here when I need to do things downtown. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room that doesn’t face the alley, there’s multiple dumpsters that get emptied every other day around 4am

You get what you pay for. It would be a four-star if the bathrooms were in better shape. Also, the walls are fairly thin, which means you can hear your neighbours next to you and upstairs. A perk of this hotel is that it's near some attractions like Little Tokyo. The hotel is also near a metro station; thus, travelling to other attractions is very easy. Hotel workers and the greeters are steller though! :)

Good and bad.
This is a great area of town close to restaurants, food market, and coffee shop. The lobby is beautiful but the rooms are very bare-bones and small. The bed was very hard. I did appreciate the fridge and the microwave though. The coffee was not drinkable really - plan to go the coffee shop just a door down from the hotel. The valet service was good, although our car did come back covered in mud! Very nice staff.

Room was small but expected. Hot water took approx 20 minutes then was just warm. Great distance to Disney concert hall and Grand Market. Easy check in. Nothing spectacular, nothing bad. No onsite parking. Had to valet park for $40 night charge. Will stay again

I had a man following me outside and into the lobby, the next morning there was a naked man in the street outside, staff were not surprised by my experience. The hotel itself was great, the area was not for a single woman.

Stayed there for 2 nights, I love that it’s close to a Metro Station. Grand Central Market is about a 5 minute walk for easy food access. Stayed in a room with two twin beds. Walls a pretty thin, I could hear the people next door talking. Overall a good place to stay if you’re already doing something in the downtown area.
