Elevator was broken but the staff was very kind and offered free parking for the inconvenience. I am able bodied and it wasn’t a big deal but this would be highly problematic for someone disabled. Beyond that it’s great value and location and the beds are really comfy!

Greeted by the nicest and most friendly check in lady. She gave us detailed instructions and info with a smile. Room was neat and tidy, ac and windows open for great ventilation. We needed a fork at 11pm and the manger was super nice to walk my partner all the way to a supply room just to help us- VERY KIND! On top of it free breakfast was great (WAFFLES SO YUMMY) and the server was constantly cleaning, restocking the food items + making sure we were enjoying the food. Overall I LOVED THIS PLACE and will be returning when we need a date night with a hot tub room <3

The hotel itself was clean. Our room had an odor that was pretty awful. We ended up having to keep the patio door open which managed it. The hot tub that is advertised is out of service as well.

Great find with wonderful staff.
What a great find. One night for after a long flight. We wanted somewhere not too far from LAX. The hotel was clean and the staff were so friendly. Felt very safe here. Parking under cover with lots of spaces. Would definitely stay next time we can.

Beds are comfy but the hotel needs repairs and the elevator wasnt working. The rooms are nice but not a great value. I would stay again due to the closeness to the beaches and for the good nights sleep. Im sure in time renevations will be done making the hotel very worth the price of the rooms.

The staff was very friendly during our stay. Elevator was still not working and the hot tub was unavailable during our stay. Not to mention we were in our room and out of nowhere I’m guessing it was one of their staff (when mentioned, they didn’t know who it was) barged in our room without knocking, and walked out. Yes, the door was locked. Couldn’t call front desk because our phone was not working. Would I recommend this place?? No.

The property is close to the event I attended. It has easy access to shopping and restaurants. I would have liked getting the room I was shown on my reservation, but it was not ready. I ended up in a handicapped room at the top of a stairwell, with no elevator services. Also, there was no mention of parking fees until after the check-in process was completed.

The area isn’t terribly but isn’t great. The walls were super thin which meant I heard every police siren, tire squeal, and activities of the people staying in the room next to mine. The elevator was broken which meant I had to pull my 50 pound bag up 2 flights of stairs but the staff apologized multiple times.

Pros - The room position and ocean view was nice - Bed was firm & had good back support - Room is functional, but very worn down - Breakfast was above average for this chain Cons - Check in took too long - Elevator broken - Stairs were poorly maintained & seemed dangerous - Porch was dangerously cracked. Can’t use - Cleaning staff seemed overworked/unhappy - Garage seemed unsafe
