Great place to stay with the kids. The kids really enjoyed the themed family rooms

Greeted by friendly lovely staff members who offered me their desk fan when I was feeling the heat while checking in. Love this beautiful hotel and they have accommodated my request for a higher floor and quiet room which is so quiet I slept very well throughout my 7 nights stay. The bed is so comfy and my room is just lovely and I got a sense of zen when I first walked in. Their iPad is a little fiddly to start with but once you get the gist of it, it was great and I was able to sign into my Netflix account to watch my fave shows and YouTube to listen to music while getting ready. My bathroom is a little tiny, would have given it a 5 star if it’s a little bigger for that price plus the air conditioning needs to be better throughout the hotel and especially the lifts and reception areas. It is a great centrally located hotel. Fantastic view of the city.
