Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Was given the original original address for the property but then had to travel another 5 blocks to the office to check in after arriving. The staff was very unresponsive to phone calls. I called dozens of time and even had Expedia call with no avail. After checking in, I realized there was no remote in the room so I couldn’t turn on or watch the tv. It’s wasn’t until 9pm before someone came to even see what the probably was. It wasn’t until 11pm before they had to exchange the entire tv since any remote they had couldn’t program with the tv already in the room. This was one of my worse experiences utilizing Expedia. I was charged a $30 resort fee to stare at the walls is insane. The only individual that made it right was the kind lady that checked me in and allowed me to stay an hour later after check out in an attempt to make up for calling for hours for a tv remote and having to walk an additional mile and half back and forth to the office just for tv remote. I spent a majority of my stay attempting to contact the front desk for a remote. I was ver disappointed. Expedia should do better, especially if you guys are adding such a high property fee for the worse experiences.
