This is my honest review of this place in hopes that someone who works are the property sees this and considers making some changes, even if they’re minor adjustments. I learned a valuable lesson after staying at Seaside and that is to stick with more reputable hotels and book directly with the hotel and not through a third party. First, the confirmation email I received the day of my check in was a bit confusing to me (and other guests). It gives two different addresses of where to check in. Please consider updating the confirmation email where it only gives one address, the correct address of where to check in. I walked around at 9pm, in the dark looking for the correct building. It was frustrating. After flying all day long the first thing I wanted to do was got to the hotel and rest but I spent 30 minutes trying to find the check in address. Then once we check in, I’m greeted at the door by a dead cockroach. Although it was the only roach I found, it still wasn’t pleasant to see that as soon as I opened the door. After inspecting the room, I noticed that our room could use some updates like a paint job. The walls were scraped and scratched up. Also, the room smelled like mildew which I couldn’t stomach too long. I had to “mask” the smell by buying Glade plug-ins. The positive notes are that the water was nice and hot for a shower and the bed was comfortable to me. My daughter did find a dead ant in her bed, which meant he had probably been laying there for awhile.

The Service wasn’t the same as they say on the website. I payed extra money and the room was dirty, had mold on it and the furniture wasn’t on a good shape. The curtains and the bed sheets and cover has stains on at. So I’m disappointed with my stay on that Hotel

Provided originally with a dirty room but was quickly changed for a unit to a unit that had been cleaned and didn't smell of tobacco. Units were sizeable and in a great location. Check in counter is not in the same location as the properties.

Property had a roach infestation. I posted the photos under there Google reviews. The guy at the front desk (said he was the manager) told me “it’s the South” as if an infestation is acceptable. The support email I was given stopped responding, and I’m sure it’s just the same guy from the front desk. We discovered the infestation at 2am, no other hotel would let us book at the time. Therefore, they moved us to a different room and we left as soon as the sun came up. Parking is nonexistent, even when you find a space you’ll have to pay for it. Bath tubs are HEAVILY stained. Tub faucet is so loose that it falls off. They only give you two big towels and a floor towel, asking anyone for more will be ignored. Will scream from the mountaintops about never visiting this nasty a$$ place again.

Poor communication and cleaness.
Location is great, parking is easy, pools are small but we did not care since the beach is close. 12 days of stay and the cleaning that was supposed to be every 3 days happened on the 4th and the last day after several complains and no answer from management. Towels were changed only in those days ( supposed to be done daily) and beach towels we got only one time and never changed.

I was very unhappy with my stay. it was my only 3 days off and i was hoping for a relaxing getaway. instead i was greeted with what appeared to be mold growing behind the wall and all along the floors. there was urine on my PILLOWS, and nobody was able to provide me with clean ones so i had to go to the store just to get some pillows. on top of that, my room key was disabled randomly as i went to get lunch. when i returned it wouldn’t work,. i then called the front desk to ask for help. she said maintenance would be over immediately. after waiting for 45 minutes i then walked to the front desk (which is a quarter mile down the street) and asked if i could just get a new key.. she said that maintenance was in his way and that a new key wasn’t necessary. walked back over, and then proceeded to be yelled at by the maintenance guy. saying i was “too stupid to know how to use a door” he said all of this in spanish assuming i didn’t speak another language. overall this would have been a great place if the staff would have been decent. only one woman was kind to me and even made me feel welcome. i wish i knew her name because she would be the only person i would keep employed here. this place needs new management or at least a new curriculum on how to treat a guest.. very upset about it and hate to even have to leave a bad review like this
