They gave us a free upgrade to a suite and it was very clean and spacious. They have three buildings close together with 2 pools to use and free drinks 5-6pm at the Oceanside Hotel building. We got off a cruise ship early and arrived at 10:30 am. We knew check in was at 3 pm but after lounging around the pool for a little while they had a room for us and allowed early check in. Definitely will book again. Randy

The Seaside hotel was so disgusting we couldnt even sit on the bed to make other reservations. There was blood on the bathroom door knob and door frame. All the electrical outlets had roach repellent on them. The floors had hair and dust bunnies in every corner. The metal gate to enter the property was hanging on by one hinge. This property was quite literally the most unclean, unsafe place I had ever seen. Obviously we didn't stay! DO NOT RECCOMEND

There was an issue with the showers faucet; needs to be fixed due to leaking all day and night of not tightened properly. Too much to turn the knob’s that it hurts my hands. Also seemed as if there was water damage on the base boards. Housekeeping was slow when asked for items. Overall, it was good with small improvements needed on the property.
