We were hoping for a larger room with a balcony on an upper floor. The room on the ground floor would feel more spacious if its window is replaced py a door opening up on the common backyard! Also, we were expecting more flexibility regarding the checkout time, particularly since we arrived aroynd 5:00 pm the previous day!

We enjoyed our stay in the family suite with 5 people. Beds were soo comfy with 2 pillows each and bathroom was clean with fresh towels each day. Kids enjoyed the pool with towels available to use from the reception which was handy as our beach towels were wet. We enjoyed thos motel very much with a nice location and coffee van out the front.

Booked and paid for the family suite, but only provided with a quad room. Staff not at all interested in remedying the situation (2 night stay). Despite the inconvenience, we also paid more for the family suite. Agreed to pay at property, but full amount withdrawn prior to arrival. Shower leaks into main room. Relatively quiet location with a view of the bay. Nice ocean breezes. Easy to drive up to and park. I enjoyed all the amenities in the room such as a toaster, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. However, the carpet was not very clean and one of the pillow cases and duvet had stains on them. There was also not enough hanging hooks in the bathroom. The bathroom would also benefit from a little more counter space. The restaraunt next door was a little noisy at night.
