Summary:
Leo's Place is a great base in Lynmore for your family and friends, with the Redwoods Forest just a short pedal away. This private & sunny, open plan home is great for relaxing and unwinding with the lounge opening out to a large covered deck overlooking the back lawn, complete with spa pool to soak in after enjoying the sights of Rotorua. Lockable storage with a purpose built bike rack that can fit 6-7 bikes.


The Neighborhood:
There are a number of fantastic eateries, shops and entertainment within a 5 -10 minute walk. This includes Mistress of Cakes (a must try) bakery on Lynmore Ave as well as a convenient corner dairy.
Then there is the Redwood Centre on Te Ngae Rd which offers a selection of takeaways including Burger Fuel, Dominoes Pizza, Pita Pit, Sushi, Kebabs and Fish Shop. There's also a butchery, fruit and vege store, hairdresser/beauty and pharmacy.
Within the 5 minute walk radius is also Motion Entertainment at Lynmore Junction, a great place for all ages to enjoy with covered entertainment including an Escape Room, Tenpin Bowling, Laser Tag, Mini Golf and more. Lynmore Junction also offers great restaurants including Indian and Italian dining.
The city is only a five minute drive away, as is the airport and it's only a 10 minute drive to swimming, fishing and boating at the stunning lakes. Even closer are plenty of parks and green spaces for your kids to enjoy - including sports fields and tennis courts (if you run out of room on the section).

Property, ample heating, spa pool awesome for our netballers to recover for 2 days of netball. Washing machine and dryer perfect location to eliminate noise. Bathroom and rooms spacious. Lovely location and perfect for our needs. Greatcomms with owner!

We had a great stay for our family holiday, great location and property had everything we needed. The spa was a hit after a day of activites. Would definitely book again. Innlist property managers were very accommodating and helpful when we asked for heaters! Highly reccommend

The property is old but well maintained. We loved the spa and huge outdoor deck. The linen was great and comfy beds. Would like to see the pots and frypans updated/scrubbed, and rooms free of cobwebs. Regardless we would still come back!!

Leo’s place was the perfect spot for our knees up, amazing lush green surrounds and perfect for what turned out to be a rainy weekend, would be incredible on a hot one too! Huge spa, well stocked kitchen and great beds. We would definitely stay again!

Leo's Place is good set up and well equipped for a group to enjoy a great holiday. Plenty of space to hang out inside and out. Has everything you in in well quipped kitchen and bonus facilities to store and clear bikes also. Location suited us for biking and enjoying other activities around Rotorua.
