I like that the room had a window made of glass. I also thought it was clever to put the faucet in the bathroom instead of beside the bed. The floor was perfectly level which prevented me from losing my balance. I liked the bartenders. Very personable.

San Fran Visit
Great little boutique hotel close to Union square. The staff were amazing, so welcoming and friendly. In the lobby they offer lemon water, apples and very yummy cookies. There is also coffee and hot water and tea. The rooms were lovely and clean, but the beds are small! It can be loud as you’re right on the cable car line, but we had no problem sleeping and enjoyed being walking distance to so many things.

Loved everything about our stay. Housekeeping was amazing. The cookies and coffee were a perfect touch. Drinks at the bar along with the bar tenders were awesome. Would definitely come stay again.

I think the staff on the front desk as we arrived could have been more welcoming and friendly. Tea or coffee making facilities in the room would also make the stay more enjoyable. Good location for the city's landmarks and excellent breakfast next door!

This hotel was so charming and surprisingly spacious! The staff were amazing and it was so cool that they always had cookies and sometimes had popcorn in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in San Fran.

The Chancellor Hotel was a great location for a visit to San Francisco. We caught the cable car right out front and we were close to shopping and some restaurants. Our only complaint was housekeeping was every other day.
