Friendly helpful staff. And it is a walkable distance to many points of interest, which is very important considering how expansive taxis, uber and lyfts are in San Francisco. When ever I'm back in the area i plan to stay here, period.

The bed which is the most important thing to me was not good. Sides were good but you roll into the middle. I slept in the sofa. Everything else was great

Location is great. Close to freeway and walking distance to food and entertainment. The only issue I had is the parking. It was nice walk from the hotel, they did have street paid parking until 2am. Staff very friendly and helpful .

Great value for centrally located hotel. Use of space is efficient and effective. I found the hallways claustrophobic but the feeling dissipated on entering my room. Would stay here again.
