The area the hotel is in is not good at all. We did not feel safe standing outside to wait for valet. At check in we asked if we could stay 1 night and cancel the remainder of the days but the clerk states that their would be no refunds. When asked for the total bill the night before check out the clerk refused to look it up for us. They stated we could only get that information at check out. We needed to be at the airport at 3 am. The hotel room was clean. It was $75 a night to keep at car at the hotel.

There was to much homeless around, it was only one elevator functioning for 17 floors it delays a lot, and escalators were sting to urine like a public parking, definitely NOT RECOMETO PRICED FOR A POOR QUALITY IN GENERAL

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Homeless people and drug addicts everywhere in this area as well as a 6 block or more radius. Streets/sidewalks are absolutely filthy! Tried to get out of our car to check in and were confronted by several homeless people. Needless to say we were unable to check in (thank goodness) and the Hotel and Expedia would NOT refund our money..:even though we told them we felt extremely unsafe.

Unsafe Location
Could not stay there after seeing the homeless encampment down the entire block. There was a claim that they had valet parking. It was not located on the front side of the hotel, so thought I’d check the backside. No valet parking there either…just homeless people doing drugs and playing football in the street.
