Ok so this is complicated. The hotel is absolutely wonderful! Room was very spacious and luxurious! However, if you have a fear of fire alarms, then book elsewhere, because there is a siren in the room which wasn’t displayed in their pictures. That’s why I booked this hotel because I can deal with those if they’re in the hallway NOT in the room. I had a panic attack and had to book elsewhere. But otherwise, if you don’t have that fear, by all means you won’t be disappointed!

Close to SFO nice staff.
Close to SFO. Good parking. I had some medications that required refrigeration and the desk clerk allowed me to leave them with her prior to my check in time, which was nice. However, the road outside was noisy all night long, didn't even get quieter after midnight.

The information that appears when you book is not what the hotel is really like. The surroundings are dirty, the hotel cannot have more stars, it is old and has not been updated. It should not be offered by Expedia. We entered the room and decided not to stay, we went to another hotel, I hope Expedia responds with our money. I understand the cancellation policy, but I did not cancel the reservation, it is that the hotel is not in the conditions that they sold me and that is fraud.

Comfortable modern clean friendly place to stay
The staff was very friendly. The room small but very modern and very clean. Very easy access to street - not a huge place - and pleasant business neighborhood that felt perfectly safe to us. They have a modest hot breakfast - microwaveable omelets and pancakes and packaged pastries and juice and coffee and fruit and cereal and hot chocolate and juice. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is that their airport shuttle stops picking-up at airport at 11:20 pm and stops delivering to the airport at 11:30 a.m. This is not noted on Hotels.com website where it says "airport shuttle included". We arrived at midnight and left at noon the next day and ended up paying about $60 in uber charges because we missed the shuttles on both ends. We however did return after our trip out of the country from SFO to stay another night and managed to get shuttle both ways and it was a perfectly good shuttle when it was running. We would stay here again if we know our arrival and departure times match their shuttle hours.
