The hotel is nice and the staff was great too. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location was quiet and safe. The only thing about the area is that there weren't that many places to eat in the immediate area. Also, public transportation options are not super close to the hotel, except for the cable car which passes right in front but the cable car is not really that convenient since it is more expensive, passes less frequently and sometimes it's full and you can't get on.

This was my favorite hotel in SF but unfortunately has gone downhill. To be in the center of the SF Financial and Business district and not to have adequate WiFi is not acceptable. I was told the owners refuse to update the system. I will not be staying there anymore. What a lovely place to stay! Quiet, immaculate comfortable rooms. Great restaurant/bar. Room service was a delight!!! Each and every staff member were extraordinary! Consummate professionals-every single one of them. The Omni should be proud to have such fine employees representing the hotel. The best part was having a working radio in the room.
