Not only was this hotel beautiful, but the staff was so friendly! Gerardo at the bar, the front desk gave us a mini fridge and microwave, the cleaners folded our clothes and put them away!! Excellent centrally located clean hotel. They have great shower with good pressure. In fact you could probably pressure wash your sidewalk with their shower. I personally can't stand showers that trickle and drop so this is a huge bonus for me. They also actually have fantastic room service with quality food, at least for breakfast. They are pet friends too! I highly recommend this hotel to families. It's my family's main hotel when we are visiting SF now.

I had an exceptional stay at the Omni San Francisco Hotel. The team truly went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The valet service was both professional and welcoming, and the doormen were exceptionally kind. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was attentive, even providing a vase for our flowers.
