Lilly was amazing at check in. She gave us some history on this amazing property that is over 130 yrs old. Absolutely stunning. Easy walk to the boardwalk and wharf areas. This was an unbelievable find for lodging and we now have a permanent option when visiting Santa Cruz or nearby areas.

It is located along the riverwalk area, beautiful view from room. Checkin easy and we were given option of another room due to construction noise near original room. Much appreciated. We went to a Warriors game which was within walking distance. Boardwalk is also within walking distance. Only issue was we could not find remote to fireplace or any indication of how else to operate it. Room was a little chilly. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely place to stay
Great location for visiting a family member. Very close to wharf t where there are sea lions hanging out. Close to Lighthouse State park where you can walk along coastline which is beautiful. Room comfortable, clean. Soft drinks and coffee/ tea available.

The property is a gorgeous old Victorian. However, if you are staying in the converted attic rooms, you should be short and small. Very tight, but cute quarters. Amazing view in both directions.

Very cute property. We had a nice view of the river from our room, lots of windows and sunlight so was very bright and welcoming. Within walking distance to the boardwalk! We had a good time in Santa Cruz, and this place has a lot of charm. The room we chose had a nice spacious bathroom with separated tub and shower which was a plus for my husband and I to wash up at same time (he likes his baths!). Thank you for a great stay. :) P.S. be sure to bring a working cell phone, the staff was often away from her desk while we were there, but she's very easy to get a hold of via phone call and will come back within minutes after contacting her, there will be a sign with her contact number on the desk.

Fun in Santa Cruz!!!!
It was very welcoming. Lilly at checkin was wonderful and had a great attitude. It was very uplifting. The place was beautiful and really close to the Boardwalk. It was literally a 5 minute walk. I look forward to staying here everytime we stay in Santa Cruz! Thank you again Lilly for everything!
